Hits 1 Artist Rankdown!!

Hello everyone and welcome! Yes, the name is misleading on this but I'll get into details later. Basically, how this will work is everyone participating will submit a bunch of artists on Hits 1. We will then rate the artists 1-5, and through that the top 100 artists will be decided. Then, I will go and find each artists song that did best on Hits 1. And those will be the songs that we rank. It sounds overwhelming, but it will be split into three phases and each one will be explained in more detail as they are announced. For now, heres a basic description:

Phase 1: Community submits artists for rating

Phase 2. Each submitted artist is rated 1-5 on a form created by me. 

Phase 3. The top 100 artists based on the rating form will have their most popular Hits 1 song put into a rankdown, and ranked.

Right now is Phase two. What you'll do here is rate each artist submitted, from Terrible to Great. If you don't know who it is, just play a song by them, even if it hasn't been on Hits 1, to get a feeling for what you think about them. Also, I only included countdown artists in this (sorry, Daniel), because if I hadn't limited it it would have been about 250 artists. You have three weeks to submit this, again it's flexible but since you don't actually have to RANK anything it shouldn't be too hard.
